DongGuan Hong Wei Tooling Co., Ltd. is one prominent tooling maker, establishes in the 1998, current employee's more than 500 persons. HW concentrate on Design, Manufacture and Service of Cutting Dies, Stamping Molds and Injection Molds, as well as precision mold parts or components fabrication. Engineering
HW has many experienced CAD/CAM engineers including designers, programming engineers and assistant engineers provide complete engineering service such as: Product Development Consultancy, CAE, Complete 3D Tool Design, 2D Detail Drawing, NC programming and R & D projects.

HW is also a complete, turn-key provider of optical quality mold design, tooling and molding of polycarbonate and acrylic parts. We concentrate on meeting stringent optical performance requirements for a broad spectrum of customers.

Facilities

HW has imported state of the art equipment includes: Yasda CNC JigBorer, Roders CNC Machining Center (with C-axis), Matsuura 5-Axis CNC Machining Center, Mikron CNC Machining Center, Nakamura Tome Multitasking Machine, Mitsubishi EDM & wire EDM, Tatung-Okuma Precision Grinder, Germany Laser Cutting Machine and Italy Multi-Bend Machine.

HW adopts best practices throughout its quality management and inspection system. The inspection department is equipped with a variety of high precision inspection instruments including LK Integra CMM, ROI Optical Gaging Products, Mitutoyo Measuring Microscope, Mitutoyo Laser Micrometer, Mitutoyo Projector and Mitutoyo Linear Height, as well as Germany 280x Microscope.

*Project management shall be fulfilled to shoot the project milestone.
*All dimensions shall be controlled by In-process Quality Control to ensure the quality during fabrication.
*All components must be 100% inspection for all dimensions of each part. Not only for ensuring quality output to get the customer approval, but also let the second process smoothly at customer side, especially molding production.
